Many web sites default to Incredifind.com

My wife has a computer running Windows XP. When she
clicks on a number of her favorites (IE 6.0), it now takes
her to a site called Incredifind.com. Going to these same
sites works okay on other computers on the same network.
It seems to be spreading as each day, sites that were
accessible the day before now go to Incredifind.com.

Virus definitions are current. There is McAfee's personal
firewall installed and SpyBot's Search & Destroy is run
weekly. However, I can't seem to repair her system. Any
ideas? Thanks.
