Spacing - eBay

I have been trying to list an item for sale in eBay. I have done this
several times but now, in their box where I type in the description of my
item, I get double spacing and not the usual single spacing. I have done the
e mail and live chat thing with eBay and their answer is that this might be a
JavaScript issue and that I should change my browser to FireFox.

I think this is ridiculous. I know this is an eBay issue, but any help?

I am running WIN XP Pro and OE6

Try pressing Shift-Enter instead of just Enter when you want a newline
and not a new paragraph?

That did it...many thanks....I continue to be amazed at the appropriateness
