POP3 service

I have installed the SMTP service on Win2k. Mail has been
delivered to the server as verified from the mail
directory. Is there a native POP3 service that can be used
to retrieve the messages into a client?
 
It is not build into windows. You can download third party POP3 server like
Ability Server.
