Pop3 address changes to Localhost on it's own

For no rhymn or reason pop3 email address changes to Localhost and email user
name add /pop3address after name.

This happens in both Outlook & Outlook Express
 
This is caused by your virusscanner trying to act as a mail proxy so it can
filter mail before sending it to Outlook or OE. See the documentation of
your virusscanner for detailed features and instructions on how to use it or
disable it.
