I get a message telling me an evaluation period for a pop up blocker has
expired every time i turn on my computer how can i stop it ( i have removed
pop up blocker with add and remove)

What pop-up blocker application was it?
 
it is in my task bar menu also i have ticked hide when inactive thank you for
reply about msn
