Run HijackThis and put the log in the folder.

Then Register and then post the log at CastleCops.

Hi bearsoxe :)

Download and save the Hijackthis file inside the new Hijackthis folder that
you made on your C:\ drive. It is a zipped file, so right click on the file
once it is inside the new folder, and click on Extract here, and then double
click on the highjackthis.exe which is the program icon to run Hijackthis
from inside the new folder on your C:\ drive, not from the Castle Cops.
Click the Save log button on the Hijackthis window and when the next window
opens, click Edit on the toolbar, click Select all and then Copy. Open IE
and go to the post you have already made on CastleCops, click the Reply
button at the top of your post, and then put the cursor in the message
window, then paste the copy of the log there. You will need to log on to
post your log, but, you don't need to Register again, or create a new post
there, just go to the post that you already have there. Keeping it in the
same post will make it easier to keep track of.

Hope this helps.

Then put it in some other folder. It doesn't matter where on your machine
you put it.

I don't look at HJT logs. I don't know enough about malware to analyze
them.

Hi bearsoxe :)

I am very sorry that you are not being assisted with your log at the
CastleCops forum after this length of time. They are obviously short handed
or very busy. Please post your log here and see if someone there can help
you:
http://forum.aumha.org/viewforum.php?f=30

Be sure to explain the problem you are having when you register and follow
all the preliminary instructions for posting. You can use a copy of the
same log you posted the very last time. Just post it at the new location.

Hopefully, we will be able to get your problem resolved quickly.

Hope this helps.

Hi David..:)

I am very sorry, but, I am not qualified to evaluate the HJT logs as yet.
That is why I wanted you to post it to the forum for the experts to look at.
But, it appears that you need to post your log to another forum. I don't
know why your post and log have not even acknowledged there yet, so I
suggested another forum where you may be able to get so assistance. See the
information in my other post here on the new forum where to post it.
