Pop-up problems.

My friend is having problems with her pop-ups. Not that
she's getting them, but quite the opposite. None are
popping up, not even important ones. I was wondering what
the problem would be. She'd post herself, but, this too
is a pop-up window, so, yeah. Thank you for any help you
can give.

Hi Kazin - Tell your friend to go to Start|Run and enter "regsvr32
urlmon.dll" (without the quotes). After she gets a Success message,
re-boot. If that doesn't work, then check out the following article and do
the additional steps outlined there:
