Pop-up is disabled

A long time ago I disabled pop-ups on IE6 using a method
I found in a magazine. I'm travelling now and don't have
access to the magazine clippings and can't log on to the
hotel's internet connection bacause I have the feature
disabled. Does anybody know how to enable it again?

IE6 does not have a native popup blocker, you must have installed
a third-party application.
You must find that application and re-enable it.
