Can't get POP up's

I have IE6 and XP SP2 on an XP machine
I have turned block pop ups off, I have set the site into the allow sites
option of the pop up blocker in IE6
I have disabled the Windows firewall, I have Norton internet security.
And I have turn of pop up blocker on the Yahoo tool bar.

But still the pop ups start to load and then disapaer.

Please can someone help.

Try the following and see if it helps:

How to Enable Pop-ups:

The above issue can occur, if you have not enabled ActiveX scripts or java
scripts.

Try enabling the scripts in IE by following the steps given below:

1.Open IE and click Tools and select Internet Options.
2.Click Security and click Custom level.
3.Scroll down the tab and enable all the options under "Activex control
and plugins".
4.Also enable the options under "Java VM" in the scroll list.
5.Click Ok.

If these steps do not resolve your problem, or you need help with the above,
please post back to this thread with the details and any error messages.
