Pop-up error message

Everytime I boot up, I get the following pop-up message:
CRTCClient: msmsgs.exe - Bad Image
"Application or DLL c:\WINDOWS\System32\dxmrtp.dll is not
a valid Windows image.
Please check this against your installation diskette."

I never got this message before. Do you think I have a
virus?
