dll error

I keep get following error msgs when I log on or open apps

Application popup: Help and Support Center: HelpCtr.exe -
Bad Image : The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\System32
\sensapi.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check
this against your installation diskette.

Application popup: msmsgs.exe - Bad Image : The
application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\System32\sensapi.dll is not
a valid Windows image. Please check this against your
installation diskette.

Application popup: Yahoo Auto Updater: yupdater.exe - Bad
Image : The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\System32
\sensapi.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check
this against your installation diskette.

it is very annoying how can I fix or turn off?

A google search for sensapi.dll indicates that it's for IE5 which is not on XP
What operating system are you using?
