How do I disable the pop up blocker for a certain site ??
It's a govt. site for air photos..Apparently they come up as pop ups, but
I've never seen them because my P U blocker blocks them but doesn't tell
me..& I don't know where the blocker is to disable it..It's not on my task
bar..
Where would I look for it ??
Thanks,

Hey, I aint sure but if you to go tools then options then click the privacy
tab, at the bottom of the box you can tick the pop up blocker then click
settings and add the site. Sometimes when you click a link, if you press ctrl
whilst clicking it, it will open fully dependent on what program you use.
Hope this helps.

I'm having the same problem trying to load a McAfe program. I have a trojan
on here that I'm trying to get off, but I need to stop the pop-up blocker so
I can load the program. If someone could please email me the way to do that
at (e-mail address removed) I would apreciate it!! Thank you!

Same problem as what? You apparently posted to someone else's thread and
then didn't quote any of it so no one reading this knows to what you
are referring.

You need to clean up your computer before you can install antivirus
software. Go through these general malware removal steps
systematically:
http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malware

Include scanning with either Sysclean or Multi_AV, plus Ewido. Do all
prep/finishing work and follow instructions to do all scans in Safe
Mode. If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in
admitting this isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a
professional computer repair shop (not your local version of
BigStoreUSA).

BTW, now that you've posted your real, unmunged email you can expect to
get even more spam since it may be harvested by spambots. See this link
for how to munge in the future:
