If you are a frequent visitor to the newsgroups, you will find it much
easier to conduct business if you configure a newsreader such as Outlook
Express to make and read posts. Even seasoned users have problems with that
clunky Internet Explorer interface that you are using.

What browser are you using?

How did you determine that it was the pop-up blocker was keeping you
from starting a new thread?

If you click New Post, what happens?

When you temporarily disabled your pop-up blocker, did that solve the
problem?
