I came to the communities for another reason but found out that the pop-up
blocker was keeping me from starting a new thread. What's up with this?

What browser are you using?

How did you determine that it was the pop-up blocker was keeping you
from starting a new thread?

If you click New Post, what happens?

When you temporarily disabled your pop-up blocker, did that solve the
problem?
