Pop up blocker in XP Pro

Pop-up Blocker is installed with Service Pack 2 and, by default, is
turned on and set to the 'Medium' setting. If you have SP2 installed
and the Pop-up Blocker has been turned off then open Internet Explorer,
click Tools, Pop-up Blocker, Turn on Pop-up Blocker.

One way is to open IE and goto>Tools>Pop-up Blocker>Turn on Pop-up Blocker.
Another is to goto>Control Panel>Security Center>Internet
Options>Privacy>Put a check in "Block Pop-ups box or Right click Internet
Explorer Icon and then goto Properties and click on the Privacy tab. Put a
check in the "Block Pop-ups box.

Hope this Helps!

That is a function of the browser. So go check your browser's
configuration.
