pop-up blocker failing in IE7

Since I didn't find an IE7 specific forum, I'm posting here.

I've installed the IE7 Beta 2 and now I have a "pop-up problem". One thing
to note is that the pop-ups I now get are EXACTLY the same size as the IE7
interface - not smaller or larger (the IE7 pop-up blocker stops those). I
have run many scans - Spybot, Symantec Anti-V, Windows Defender, etc. and all
come up with nothing - no problems at all detected on my system. It is
because of those scans that I suspect it to be a slight flaw in IE7 and am
wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same kind of thing with IE7. Any

I see in http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie7/default.mspx that
the recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

If you must use a web interface:
