IE7 Print Image pop up

The old IE6 there used to be a pop up when you hover the mouse over an image
that gave you an option to print/email images
Is there a way to allow this function to be available on IE7
I can not find it, I would like to use this as the right hand mouse options
are switched off by web page coding
thnx andy

"... Note As of Windows Internet Explorer 7, the My Pictures Image Toolbar
feature is obsolete and no longer available..."
"The image toolbar will not be coming back. Simply right-click to get the
same options." (EricLaw [MSFT] IE Team).
