IE7 breaks network connection

Hello

I have vista and IE7

something happened/corrupted and now randomly while browsing the web, the
icon in the systray pops up that i have limited or no connectivity. I have
to disable and re-enable the NIC to get it to work again.

i cant see a pattern or a frequency. sometimes it when changing programs
that use the internet, like from a browser to Ventrilo or a game running in
windowed mode.

it seems to be related to IE7 being open at the same time as the other
programs, or only when IE7 is open does it do this.

any help would be appreciatated
