pop up ad

i am running XP and I keep getting this annoying pop up ad
every 10 to 15 min.It is about 4" by 6 " and is always in
the center of the screen. It has the correct time and date
at the top and the contents always says page cannot be
displayed.. I s there anyone who could tell me where this
might be coming from and how to stop or get rid of it...
