I received this message when I tried to get my mails, but
I dont find a solution,,,,

Task 'EIT - Sending and Receiving' reported error
(0x8004210A) : 'The operation timed out waiting for a
response from the receiving (POP) server. If you continue
to receive this message, contact your server
administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Do you have any anti-virus or anti-spam software that is scanning your
email? If so, try disabling it to see if it might be the problem (some such
software can cause this error). If that software is the problem, contact
its vendor to see if there's an update to fix the problem.
