Hi

Try contacting your ISP and get the exact format for their SMTP Server.

Two "post offices" (or protocols) are used -Post office "SMTP" (Simple mail
transport protocol) is used to send E-mail - Post office "POP3" (Point of
presence or post office protocol) is used to receive e-mail. Each
"protocol" requires it's own setup - that is the basis for Will Denny's
recommendation.

Who is your ISP? They should have given you server names such as:
Incoming Server: pop3.servername.com
Outgoing Server: smtp.servername.com

Port Number
