Poll.. How many virus email's you get today?

FYI none of these have come from people in my address book. (They are a
pretty clued up mob).

It's not a terribly elegant solution but it does work. The main problem is
that you need to update it manually as you add new people to your address
book.

getting 15 or so messages suposidly from MS, (athough I know they are hoax
emails) in plain text, and in MS style HTML formats which halt my HTTP
send/recieve because they download the graphics for slow ass servers.

And to delete them in Outlook Express you have to click on them.

Turn your preview pane off and set your options so that
messages are not downloaded.
