Spam or virus

Received 40 "failure notice" from MAILER-DAEMON@
mailserver.mobileshop.com yesterday and yet today another
42 from mailer-daemon@ groups.msn.com which says my email
to group.msn.com couldn't be delivered. Never been in my
life did I received so many spam/virus mail within two
day. Pls advised!

P/s: using yahoo mail.

Its junk, just delete.

I started using a nice freeware spam filter called Frontgate MX
(www.presorium.com). It catches most of these annoying messages.
