pointer text box popping up

Everywhere I place my mouse, a text box pops up, telling me what my pointer
is pointing to. I know what it's pointing to. I put it there!!! It's
blocking what I am trying to look at. I hate it. It is annoying. I want it
turned off. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

Set ShowInfoTip registry value to 0.
