Mouse Pointer turns into little square box with gray lines

My mouse pointer turns into little square box with gray
lines when i'm pointing on text. I don't know how this is
happening but i want to get rid of it. Just want normal
pointer. I've been in mouse settins an in advance
settings under system. But problem can not be solved. Can
anyone help me?
