Installed Microsoft Plus!Digital Media Editon and am
unable to run PlusDMEUpdate3.EXE.

Error message says it is net a valid WIN32 application.

What a stupid way to find info from Microsoft!!!
 
The file may not have downloaded completely (missing something), or have
been corrupted somewhere in transmission between the server and your
computer.

I suggest you try downloading it again. Using a download manager would
probably help in such a situation.
