Just got a new dell dimension 8400
a website (inr chat) requires a plug in (called ivocalize)
scenario...
download & install plug in
go to webpage to login & login
click on launch
browser crashes
get an error message that the browser has encountered a problem & needs to
close
the pop up error message gives an option to send to microsoft
drilling down in the error message I find
shdocvw.dll <---module
happens in ie & firefox identically each & every time
have done a reapair / reinstall of windows - no help
