please tell me if pstscan.exe fails

hi,
i tried pstscan.exe to repair one pst but it got failed. please
suggest me what is the other method to recover pst

There is no such beast as pstscan.exe. Did you mean scanpst.exe? What error message did you receive on failure? How big is your .pst and in what version of Outlook?
