AppData is a hidden folder and you can't browse to it unless you enable
viewing of hidden files and folders. You can, however, access it is you know
the exact path and enter that path manually in the Address bar of Windows
Explorer.

No when I place the exact file path into the scanpst browse window it does
not acknowledge it.Since others are experiencing the same thing right after
auto loads of the patch Logic dictates it has something to do with the
auto-patch/upgrade.

So, when you enter exactly
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\pstname.pst
(with the appropriate substitution for "username" and "pstname") in the
SCANPST file name prompt, nothing happens?
