please need help

I'm receiving a program error in WinMgmt.exe. The warning
continue to come up and I don't know how to fix it. I went
in DrWatson logs to see the problem, but I don't know what
App: (pid=1776) is. There is return code 0x80041014.
Please anyone with knowledge on Windows Programs, HELP ME!
