Error Msg WinMgmt.exe

Error Message: WinMgmt.exe has generated errors and will
be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the
program and error log is being created.

This error message pops up continuously and can be closed
and work continued. Haven't a clue why it started or how
to fix it. Ran my virus scan, defragged, scanned for
spyware to no avail. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Ok I had this at one point. Goto a command prompt and
type "winmgmt /clearapad" This should clear out the bad
files in you winmgmt folder if not you can
typr "winmgmt /kill" and this will stop it from comming up
every 60 sec. ooo yeah your going to have to reboot, don't
ask me why i don't know.
