please, need advise

Hi, I work for customer service. We have to much information on products,
and I always hated to put customers on hold while I was searching for the
answers. I designed a Help Desk website which I copied to our server so
everyone can use it. I love it, I feel confident to talk to people because
all information is just a click away. It is really beneficial for all of us.
My company has divisions in Europe, Australia, S. America etc. They use my
Help Desk to train people.
I am thinking, wait a minute. I love it. I would love to do it for money.
Can anybody help me? I wouldn't even know what to do, how much to ask for
etc.
I moved here four years ago, and not sure where to start.
Any help appreciated.

I used a asp/ access arrangement from www.aspportal.net as a help desk and I
love this type of stuff. ;-)
