PLEASE I need someone really smart!!!!!

I had this problem when I first got my computer and then some either here or
in a chat room helped me fix iyt. I had a corrupt file and had to use the
recovery and now I'm back with the factory settings and my problem. I use
Printmaster Platinum 15 a lot because I have a small business and I ptrint my
business cards, tote bags, etc. When I first installed it, and I go to open
one of the pictures from the gallery, all that shows up on the screen is the
black box around where the picture is supposed to be. It has something to do
with some manager in the computer iitself. There is nothing wrong with the
software and Broderbund can't help me. Someone told me how to fix it 6 months
ago and I wrote it down, but of course I can't find it. I had to go into
something and disable something. Please can someone help me???? I'm so
frustrated. If not can you tell me somewhere where I might get some help?

I went to Tech Support for the program and found quite a few things that
might help you. Start with this page and look at the first link. It
says that the resolution has to be 800 x 600 to work (which seems
really lame to me).
