Please Help!!!!

Can anyone please tell me how i can see if someone is accessing my
computer either by remote access, wireless...etc.
Im able to see in my temp folder for the internet each time I check it
( which is about every hour) that there are jscript and remote files. I
also think that when I look up certain web pages, that someone is being
notified everytime I access certain web pages. I feel out of control of
my system. Many programs and file folders have been added etc... and I
did not add these things.
PLEASE help!!!

You can use these free websites to check for Malware. Do you have all
Microsoft Updates for your system installed
especially SP1 & SP2 ? Look into getting a good Antivirus and
Firewall. AVG by Grisoft and Zone Alarm both
have free programs.
