Please Help

Well at the boot up it always fails/freezes as soon as the white bar a
bottom of screen is full(does the same everytime) and when it comes t
instalation it hangs once windows setup has copied the setup files an
then you get the meesage "windows is starting setup". And i hav
removed everything apart from those listed below to check al
hardware!
