Please help! Websites do not load!

After I type web addresses into the address bar and press enter or click the
Go button, nothing happens. This is both with typing www.____.com or just
_____.com. I have to load websites through my Google toolbar. How do I fix
this problem? The pages won't even load. Nothing happens. No load bar, no
"Page cannot be found" page. I do not know how to fix this problem.

Hi,
If running Windows XP and IE6, these problems are probably being caused by
the MS06-015 Update
(Releaded April 11) Usually (for example) www.yahoo.com won't work but
http://www.yahoo.com will connect.

If you have HPs Share to Web software installed, download and run the VBS
file "HP's Share-to-Web software - Fix " at
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm Line 383.

If Share to Web is not installed, or that fix doesn't work, see

after hours of pulling out my hair. The link below worked flawlessly... I
only hope those not privy to this support area find this info before they
begin to destry.
