my computer reboots when it wants, and i don't have no
virus, no hardware conflict and i got all the pathes
available. I'm a student and I need my computer, but it
reboots when i'm in the internet. please, write to my
e.mail addres. I hope you would help me. Thank you a lot!

Hi Jordi,

Two ways to diagnose the issue:

1) Start/run eventvwr.msc and check the system and application logs for
clues.

2) Control Panel/System/Advanced tab, click on startup & recovery settings,
disable the autorestart function on system failure. This should cause a STOP
error (or "blue screen") with an error message that can be diagnosed.

Once you know what is causing it, then we can see about getting it fixed.

Also, I (and most others here) don't generally do email support, you need to
come back here for assistance.
