please help me fix this error

i cannot open my help and support section in windows xp. i have tried to fix
it from a recommended website from this forum but it did not work.
every time i try to open it i get this message 'windows cannot find
'helpctr.exe'.

yes it was www.kellys-korner.com that i checked in.
i am obviously not as smart as i thought.
could you please help me fix this annoying problem

Which version of XP are running? Have got installed all the Updates?
