PLEASE HELP; I'VE BEEN SEEKING SOLUTION FOR WEEKS

Hi, when I go onto this website (www.johnhancock.com), it
loads, the name is at the top, and it says "done" at the
bottom, and I just get a blank screen. There is no error.
I was always able to open this site with no problem.
Others can open it on their system. I included it in my
trusted sites in the security section. I don't know what
else to do to fix this problem. This problem either
started after an automatic microsoft update or a change
in my firewall. That's the only thing I can think of that
has been done to my computer. I've been looking at other
postings and other people are having this problem with
random sites, without error messages.
Can someone please advise? Thanks

When I've had a similar problem on some web pages I just hit the refresh
button - it usually brings up the complete page. Don't know why the site has
the problem though.

You may want to just give John Hancock a call and ask them if others have contacted them and are experiencing this problem. They may have a help desk that can give you some suggestions.
