Hi, when I go onto this website (www.johnhancock.com), it
loads, the name is at the top, and it says "done" at the
bottom, and I just get a blank screen. I was always able
to open this site with no problem. Others can open it on
their system. I included it in my trusted sites in the
security section. I don't know what else to do to fix
this problem. This problem either started after an
automatic microsoft update or a change in my firewall.
Can someone please advise? Thanks
