Please help...Insufficient Resources

After being on my pc for awhile, especially after going to Outlook Express, my system seems to freeze and then get the message..... Insufficient System Resources Exist To Complete The Requested Task...

I then have to reboot, which is a little difficult, and then things work ok for awhile. Then the same thing happens again.

My task manager doesn't show any unusual peaks, etc. I have 512/120, so I certainly have a big enough drive, and my hard drive still has 90% free space. I have also checked for worms, viruses, etc, and everything comes up clean.

Please help this grandma..

do you have spybot search and distroy,ad aware se personal,msas? run your
scans in safe mode you'll have better luck catching whats messing with your
system.
