Insufficient resources

J

Joseph S. Gray

I get the message "insufficient system resources exist to complete the
requested service" even if I don't have any programs open. After leaving it
on, say overnight, when I click on an icon in the morning I get this
message. I have XP home and 512 MB of ram. It happens at least twice a day,
as I said, even if it's running fine and I leave it for awhile.

Thanks.

Once you know what the problem is, it's much easier to address.
