Please help IE 6

When it opens, it is in a "full" window but not with the "default" look.

All that shows are the: "stop/print/history/favorites" in grey setting.

The little "- + x" on the far righ and windows branding are in a white rectangle.

There is absolutely nothing at the bottom where "done & internet" usually are.

I have to click on minimize >> then maximize to get it looking right.


Any ideas how to correct this?

How come it works "normal" in my non networked mode? I have a peer to
peer at home and logon with a workgroup and IE opens just fine.
