IE 6 Open @ the bottom on screen

When I open IE 6 it goes to the bottom of the sceen. It's
shows its maximized. The tool bar is only showing. When
you hit the minimized button it open all the way up. You
can't drag or resize it in the maximized state but you
can in the minimized state.

I have run virus scan & spyware software. Nothing.

Does anybody know whats happening?

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
