Opening Window Outlook Express 6.0

A simple and not destructive issue - but annoying! When I open Outlook
Express 6.0 in Windows XP Home the opening window is frequently - but not
always - not properly centered vertically on the sceen. The top of the window
does not reach the top edge of the screen and the bottom of the window is
below the bottom edge of the screen. No other program has this problem, and
approximately 50% 0f the time the window opens perfectly. If I shut down the
program and reopen, it may or may not open properly. If I minimize and then
maximize the window, the problem persists. I can not drag the perimeter of
the window to fill the screen. Weird!
