IE 6 Won't Open New Windows Maximized?

Hi,
Recently, IE 6 (SP2) started opening new windows in about 3/4 size. They
always use to open in full size. This started after I used MSN software and I
closed the messanger bar on the right side of the MSN. Why this would effect
IE is beyond me but that is when it started.
I have looked all over for settings and find none. I maximize each window
manually and exit with them maximized but no luck. Same problem.
Any ieas would be appreciated.

Hi markmisky, see:

"Internet Explorer opens as a small window".

"Open a new window maximised (right click "open in new window" or windows
from hyperlinks)".

Windows remembers the size of the last Normal IE window closed.
Open such a window.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.

If that doesn't do it try the REG file here:

Thanks guys, that worked. I had tried maximizing the new windwos but would
not close it last. CLosing it last did the trick.
