Please help!! Forbidden ISP address

I get an error message saying that my ISP has a list and
which ever sites are on that list, I can't visit. Can
anyone tell me how to fix this problem? Any advice would
be great, Thanks.

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.

If not blockec by this file then ask your Internet provider why. If not a
valid reason for your change provider.
