"Forbidden Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered..."

Every time I attempt to access some sites, I receive this
error message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access <Website Censored> on
this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while
trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Has anyone ever seen this error message before? If you
have, could you please tell me some method to fixing it?

This doesn't happen to every website, just a couple (not
sure what type).

I just mean that I censored the website myself (meaning
that it was a real site and wasn't censored by my
Explorer).

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.

If you did not create the file, then you may have parasites, or you are
using a web accelerator program that would be causing this problem.
