please help file is missing all together

i have a message come up in norton as well as another
program about the same file i searched for it and it is
not there i have have gone to the support page and did
what it said but no go i have windows xp home and i get
this message "c windows/system32/mapisrvr.exe" unable to
loacate "gapi32.dll" seeing it is not on computer at all
how do i install it i just recently ran xp again for i
thought that might work and have installed all updates can
someone help please. I have had someone tell me to go to
the page where it tells you to find it but i have done
that already and the gapi32.dll file is not there at all
...
