the file is not there

i have a message come up in norton as well as another
program about the same file i searched for it and it is
not there i have have gone to the support page and did
what it said but no go i have windows xp home and i get
this message "c windows/system32/mapisrvr.exe" unable to
loacate "gapi32.dll" seeing it is not on computer at all
how do i install it i just recently ran xp again for i
thought that might work and have installed all updates can
someone help please.I have gone to the microsoft page and
followed what it say but the dll file is not there at all
i have done a search for it and it is not on my computer
how can i get it to fix this problem it is not only inone
program that it happens in it comes up in another as well
please help

The gapi32.dll file can be found on your Microsoft Office
installation CD.
