Playing streaming audio in WMP without restoring browser

Hi,
I would like to listen to the streaming audio at this link:
http://relevantradio-wm.streamguys.us/relevantradio/Listener Supported Relevant Radio®

I have created a shortcut on my desktop, but when I click it, my browser
window pops up, then WMP opens and plays the streaming media. How can I get
it to simply play without involving the browser activity?

Right click on the link (assuming your using OE or IE ) and save target.
This will prompt you to save a file. Save the file on the desktop , then
next time you want to listen just click that file

Thanks, but that didn't solve the problem. I am wondering how to play the
streaming media at that link without restoring my browser window. The
directions you provided restore the browser window.
